Donna Tuchowski, Deputy Director

Human Resources and Labor Relations

My career with Macomb County began in 2022 as I joined Macomb County in 2022 in my current role as Deputy Director in the Human Resources and Labor Relations Department. As Deputy Director, I work as a strategic partner with Macomb County’s department leaders, while leading a full service delivery team dedicated to servicing our employees and residents. Prior to joining Macomb County, I spent many years working in Human Resources in both public and private sectors, including higher education, K-12, and automotive. I am committed to making Macomb County an employer of choice and am honored to call Macomb County my home.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Development from Oakland University

Master Degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University
